SERVICE BAY WITH COMPANY TRAINED TECHNICIANS
30-min quick services for replacement/adjustment of cables, bulbs, brake shoes, clutch plates, chain sprockets & water washing etc. Two ramps are provided for Quick Service Bay to ensure super-fast service of your vehicle.
Exclusive Scooter Service Bay prioritizes the vehicle servicing for lady riders to avoid long waiting time and we ensure easy transactions. The scooter is serviced by exclusive technician and handled by one specific Frontline Supervisor throughout the service.
ONE POINT CONTACT SYSTEM
The supervisor who attends to the customer during ‘Job Card Making’ will be delivering the vehicle to the customer for ‘Best Customer Connect’. This helps us ensure that the entire request given by customer is fulfilled.
PRIORITY SERVICING FOR THE WAITING CUSTOMERS
The vehicles of waiting customers are given priority for service and it will be identified by ‘Red Tag’. We ensure the servicing is done within 1 hour or as soon as work is done.
VEHICLE MONITORING SERVICE BOARD
The control chart contains details of vehicle, type of service, name of supervisor, name of technician and the promised delivery time. The flow of vehicle servicing is done as per serial number of the chart for easy tracking.
CUSTOMER SPECIFIC COMPLAINTS’ MONITORING
Customer’s specific complaints about the vehicle are written in Red ink pen and specific attention is given by the Technician to resolve it.
POST SERVICE FOLLOW UP
Follow up over phone after one week of service is done to find out the vehicle performance, workshop experience and customer satisfaction level. Complaints are taken into action by providing different levels of continuous training to staff.
FUTURE JOB ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS
Future Job Advice Card is given to customers who don’t want to do all servicing at a time. Based on customer requirement, particular services will be done and the remaining services to be given as Future Advice that is noted in a separate register and followed by Service Team.
SERVICE DUE REMINDER TO CUSTOMERS VIA SMS
Based on the Customer Database, the system generates the details of the customer as per service schedule considering the warranty and post-warranty service. SMS is sent to the shortlisted customers on regular basis.
The system will indicate if a customer doesn’t come for service after a week of SMS reminder. The System gives the list of non-responsive customers and follow by Customer Care Executives is done through Tele calling.
DROP-OUT CUSTOMERS FOLLOW UP TO RECALL
Our service personals visit the customers who have not serviced their vehicle for the last six months or if 3 Services have lapsed. We offer pick up-drop service and special discount for the next service. We also try to find out the reasons for not availing service during the last six months and seek customer’s suggestion to improve the quality of our Services.
